We have been created in His image, but our sins have caused us to miss the mark, our transgressions have led us to excesses, our rebellions have distanced us from His care, and our iniquities still affect our generations by reproducing what is crooked.
Our identity has been distorted, and our authority and rest have been stolen.
It is time to restore it all!
“He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake.” (Psalms 23:3)
“I have come into the world as light, so that whoever believes in me may not remain in darkness.” (John 12:46)
If we stop for a moment and enter into His rest, we allow His light and voice to guide us.
When we stop, we can listen, and the Father draws us to Him with His cords of love.
As we draw closer, His light increases, His voice becomes clearer, and His precious presence envelops us, then He begins to shape our lives because we have returned to the potter’s table in HIS HANDS AND CARE.
There, He restores the damage and begins to create the design He prepared for us.
“and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge after the image of its creator. ” (Colossians 3:10)
“For the LORD is restoring the majesty of Jacob as the majesty of Israel, for plunderers have plundered them and ruined their branches.” (Nahum 2:2)
In His hands, we go from the old to the new nature as Jacob is transformed into Israel. All things are made new, and we are renewed in the image of the perfect man.
Let us enter together into His rest, let us allow His voice, His love, His hands, and His gaze to restore us, leaving us better than new.
FOR WHOM IS THIS TRAINING?
There are 2 kinds of roles in this training
Pastors or disciplers who would like to be trained to minister inner healing, with the following resources and materials:
- TEACHINGS: which will provide you with useful tools to carry out the task in a more efficient and effective way, in the different cases that are presented to you.
- TEAMWORK: being accompanied in the work by our team of trainers.
- EQUIPMENT: Access to material and resources for ministering
- LEARN WHILE PRACTICING: Up to 5 people from your congregation can register, who wish to receive inner healing, and they will be accompanied and ministered to by you throughout the training. In turn, you will be accompanied by a facilitator from the Águilas team, to make inquiries and receive tools.
Those who wish to receive ministrations must be invited by their pastors or leaders, who are registered to do this training together. It is a congregational training that will be followed up within their local church.
All participants will receive different resources and recorded materials that will accompany and facilitate the process.
- TEACHINGS: will provide greater light and understanding in the process of being restored with the goal of functioning again.
- GROUP MINISTRATIONS: We will be introduced into atmospheres where the Holy Spirit will bring revelation and restoration in the Today of God.
- PERSONAL DYNAMICS: These will affirm and strengthen them in the process of conquest.
With a combined effort from our team and the pastors or leaders, we will be walking together through the process of the Inner Healing needs you might have. Working together and teaming up thus adding all the advantages that both modalities have.
Training and equipping the church of Christ
“And the LORD will guide you continually and satisfy your desire in scorched places and make your bones strong; and you shall be like a watered garden, like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail. And your ancient ruins shall be rebuilt; you shall raise up the foundations of many generations; you shall be called the repairer of the breach, the restorer of streets to dwell in.” (Isaiah 58:11-12)
En Grupos
Para este fin, se conformarán grupos de chat de 28 personas aproximadamente (vía Telegram) para estar en contacto diario. Cada uno contará con dos profetas entrenadores que irán desarrollando las diferentes dinámicas.
Aunque el entrenamiento será a distancia, estaremos BIEN cerca y conectados.
Se irán estableciendo e identificando rutinas diarias y semanales con el objetivo de establecer hábitos sanos que fomenten el crecimiento espiritual. Tanto para iniciarlas, como para perdurar en ellas en el tiempo, hasta que se establezcan.
Se generarán dinámicas de auto-confrontación para examinarnos e identificar puntos de fuga de la presencia de Dios. Siendo expuestos por medio de Su Luz, sin manchas ni arrugas. No quedarán áreas ocultas porque todo vendrá a su Luz y se rendirá cuentas de cada proceso. Habrán dinámicas tanto grupales como individuales para ayudar a incentivar el avance conjunto de todo el grupo de trabajo.
Compartiremos juntos tiempos de discipulado y meditación grupal. Se fomentará el trabajo en equipo y la edificación en conjunto, siendo partícipes y protagonistas del proceso y no meros espectadores.
Reuniones en linea
Para activar y desarrollar los sentidos espirituales tendremos una reunión semanal virtual en la que compartiremos juntos un tiempo con el Señor. Al comienzo habrá reuniones de ministración y activación grupales. Luego todo el equipo profetizará, con la guía de los entrenadores sobre cada uno de los integrantes.
Se consultará al Señor cómo es que Él nos diseñó, qué propósitos, dones y herramientas nos dio a cada uno desde antes de la fundación del mundo. Será una hermosa y edificante experiencia, tanto el recibir esta revelación como el impartirla en cada semana.
Es durante estos tiempos en donde los entrenadores ayudaremos a cada uno a profundizar y desarrollar sus sentidos para poder ser más eficaces y profundos. En estos tiempos la fe de cada uno será desarrollada al darse cuenta que lo que ha recibido es confirmado por otros, trayendo mayor seguridad y reconociendo las percepciones del espíritu. Aprenderemos a realizar las preguntas correctas al Espíritu Santo para poder adentrarnos en la revelación, caminar en ella y tener mayor profundidad. En las etapas finales, se realizarán reuniones con formato de intercesión para aprender a movernos en esas dinámicas.

1) COMPAÑIA DE PROFETAS - PAN SIN LEVADURA
Se estudiarán en forma semanal, son 26 videos de Entrenamiento de Compañía de Profetas dados por el Dr. Fernando Orihuela. A través del entrenamiento a Distancia y el de Sentidos se irán aplicando los diferentes conceptos, llevándolos a la práctica e incorporándolos como nuevos hábitos.
2) VIDEOS TIPS Y HERRAMIENTAS.
Hemos preparado una serie de videos con muchas ayudas y guías para poder aprender a movernos en el espíritu, y como poder comunicarlo discirniendo las fuentes. Se verán 1 por cada 15 días aprox.
Dinamicas
La modalidad será a distancia, por lo cual no se deberá afrontar costos de viaje ni hospedaje, ni separar completamente el tiempo. Este entrenamiento se realiza dentro de la rutina de vida de cada uno, con el propósito de traer nuevas rutinas y desarrollo dentro de la vida cotidiana, para que al finalizar el entrenamiento ya estén incorporadas en cada uno.
Al ser en equipos, se va a estar en contacto con otras personas de las cuales podremos aprender y también compartir las experiencias personales, aportando riqueza de los aportes de diferentes congregaciones, estilos y formas. Aprendiendo a ser parte y trabajar en el cuerpo, entendiendo que sólo se ve en parte y que necesitamos de otros.
A través del entrenamiento de los sentidos se busca desafiar constantemente a crecer, adquirir mayor profundidad, entendimiento y conciencia aún de lo que no se está viendo, para aprender a moverse en lo espiritual de forma práctica. No solo eso, sino que cada uno tendrá claridad con respecto al diseño que Dios puso para que administremos en nuestras vidas, trayendo dirección y propósito, en el rol que tenemos en el cuerpo.
También habrá dinámicas de auto-confrontación y de confrontación que irán ayudando a reconocer techos y puntos ciegos que nos están afectando. Todas las dinámicas apuntan al desarrollo en lo práctico. No solo en los sentidos y en lo que se recibe, sino trabajando y trayendo solidez y consistencia en el carácter, las rutinas, las relaciones y el trabajo en equipo.
Además, se puede complementar con entrenamientos presenciales y movilizaciones para perfeccionar el desarrollo.
Propósito
"Y después de que hayáis sufrido un poco de tiempo, el Dios de toda gracia, que os llamó a su gloria eterna en Cristo, Él mismo os perfeccionará, afirmará, fortalecerá y establecerá." (1 Pedro 5:10)
La dinámica de entrenamiento buscará poder perfeccionar, afirmar y fortalecer nuevas rutinas y hábitos saludables con principios de Reino, en el área de servicio al cual fuiste llamado a trabajar. Es luego la Iglesia local quien te establece, al ponerte en funcionamiento en el cuerpo, tanto para tu llamado a servir dentro de la iglesia como para fuera de ella, en las calles.
Por lo que no solo nuestros sentidos serán activados, sino que podremos tener la claridad de cuál es el propósito y diseño del Señor sobre nuestras vidas, para estar y funcionar sobre los “rieles” que el Señor ha preparado de antemano para nosotros. Al tener claridad sobre la voluntad específica del Señor sobre nuestras vidas podrás funcionar en el lugar correcto del cuerpo de Cristo para el cual fuiste diseñado. Tu avance en los caminos del Señor será mucho más rápido, certero y más fructífero.
La finalidad es poder dejar equipos de Compañías de Profetas funcionando, para poder servir tanto en las congregaciones locales como en las torres de intercesión territorial.
Duración
Hemos desarrollado un plan de trabajo que busca combinar la intensidad en medio de tu vida diaria. Ayudando a cerrar ciclos pendientes, identificar hábitos y rutinas que deben ser cambiados. Desarrollando nuevos hábitos que alimenten nuestros espíritus y la constancia para poderlos mantener en el tiempo.
La estrategia para un entrenamiento intensivo en medio de nuestras rutinas, es poder hacerlo a distancia durante siete meses aproximadamente, tiempo necesario para consolidar lo sembrado.
Cada semana deberán ver un video de dos horas aprox. y se tendrá una reunión virtual también de dos horas aprox. junto al equipo, además del tiempo que demanden las dinámicas que surjan del entrenamiento a distancia.

1° MODULE - IDENTITY.
“the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction: for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God put forward as a propitiation by his blood, to be received by faith. This was to show God's righteousness, because in his divine forbearance he had passed over former sins. It was to show his righteousness at the present time, so that he might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus. ” (Romans 3:22-26)
Sin distorts and twists the image we have of the Father. Religion has done nothing but distance us and put mediators.
In this module, we will be introduced to atmospheres where the Holy Spirit will work to restore our identity according to the new man, Christ.
It's by having our identity firmly and firmly centered on Him that we will be able to bear fruit.
“I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.” (John 15:5)
2° MODULE - PRACTICES
Before we knew Christ, we were without light and we walked according to the world, but the Scripture declares:
“For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery. ” (Galatians 5:1)
“But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. For the desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh, for these are opposed to each other, to keep you from doing the things you want to do. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. Now the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, envy,[4] drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.” (Galatians 5:16-21)
There are practices that are of darkness and that have bound and cursed us.
“Then they cried to the LORD in their trouble, and he delivered them from their distress. He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death, and burst their bonds apart.” (Psalms 107:13-14)
“So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” (John 8:36)
